Once it's up and running it seems to be a good printer. Print quality is great and speed is adequate for a small medical office.
Annoyed with set-up because user manual states this model has wireless capability if you buy a specific adapter (which I bought) but when I got it in the mail and tried to attach it, it attaches with a USB port, which the printer does not have. I called tech support and was informed that the MS310d does NOT have wireless adaptability but the MS310dn does. So instead of using it wirelessly like I had preferred we decided to keep it and use it via a direct (wired) connection to the computer EXCEPT the cord to connect it to the printer wasn't included in the box/package. ANNOYING!
But, if you have the cord and want it connected directly to your computer, set-up was simple.
