Wonderful product
Pros: Range, Clarity, Features, great product and inexpensive
I bought this headset to use with my handheld phone while I was conducting business at home. The first one arrived in just one day after I ordered. Unfortunately, the microphone was not working and no one could hear me. I called Customer Service and they immediately sent me another one which works perfectly. It is lightweight and the clarity is great. Customer Service was so polite and did not charge me for the second shipment. I hightly recommend this product and Office Max for a wonerful experience.
