Poor Quality -- doesn't last

I am extremely disappointed with my Toshiba laptop. The hard drive failed after only one year. Toshiba customer service is absolutely terrible! The worst I have ever dealt with. Go with a different brand of laptop if you want something that lasts. I certainly won't buy anything made by Toshiba again!!
