Pros: Easy to Use
Cons: Features, Does Not Meet Expectations, no answert machine, doesn't work with voice mail
This does not work well with answer machines or voice mail from phone company. This would have stopped me from buying it had I known. I still have my old fax machine plugged in & the new Brother fax is being used as a black & white copier instead. Great machine for dedicated fax line. However, wasted purchase for small office that shares fax with business line. Looking to replace it after one week & catching heck from my wife.
