Great for phone based employees
Pros: Clarity, Features
Great product, this is my 2nd handset lifter (after 5 yrs) this combo unit (receiver and lifter) is a must for those on the phone a lot and who need to type etc while talking, best part, you can walk around the office and the caller won't ever know it. A+
