Wireless is the way to go
Pros: Range, Clarity, Features
Cons: Features
Many in our office use the wired version of this headset. The problem with it is you have limited mobility with the wired version. However, I can roam to every corner of our office complex and in each and every individual office (over 20 offices) and still keep the connection clear as a bell. Several of my fellow case workers have tried the set and been tempted to make the plunge. The price is steep but just one complicated case where you have to go to file rooms and other offices to find solutions to a clients problem makes it all worth the cost.
The only feature I would like to add to the head set is for it to be capable of letting you know when a call comes in to your office phone while you are not in your office but have your head set on.
