Functional desk lamp
I love that this is a tall lamp, allowing me to stretch the light source to where I'm working. BUT they put the on/off switch in a bulky bubble a few inches down the cord from the lamp, so it takes up precious desk space and can make it difficult to access. (Why not put the switch on the base or head of the lamp?) It's not the world's most deluxe lamp, but it does provide bright light. The knobs do require a little extra oomph to tighten / hold their position. If you're an executive with a polished office, skip this one. For home offices, or students, it's a deal!

Loved it until it died suddenly...
This was my new favorite gadget but it died less than 3 weeks into its life with me. I tried everything to troubleshoot with no success. Fortunately, Office Max allowed me to return it. 5 stars for Office Max.
Side note: although the iPad rests in the slot behind the keys, it is not secure, i.e. don't plan on using this while sitting on a couch / bed and resting it on your lap. I opted for the ZAGG folio to replace this because it seemed to have more functionality.

OK, but not preferred
If you have no alternative, this will do. However, its flat surface makes it difficult to use accurately, and it's a little awkward compared to the cheap one I had and used for years before I loaned it to a friend and never saw it again.
I ended up buying an entirely separate keyboard for my laptop with a 10-key built-in. For my needs, much better / easier to function on a daily basis.
