seems solid
Pros: Sheet Capacity, Jam Free
Just started using it. So far, much quieter than 10 year old shredded we just threw out. I like the cut it makes- much more secure than the old shredded. Does more pages than the old shredded.

Good for small business needs
Pros: Durable, Jam Free
Cons: a little pricey
I was looking for a decent shredder to meet the needs of small business use. We shred about 100-200 pages a day and this has done great without fail. I like that it takes staples too, saves time.

Great purchase
Pros: Durable, Sheet Capacity, Jam Free, attractive, quiet
This shredder works great. It is much quieter than the last shredder I purchased. I can shred several pages together without any issues. I like the wheels on the bottom since it is somewhat heavy to carry around. This particular shredder is also attractive. I would recommend this shredder for home use to everyone.

Positive Upgrade
Pros: Sheet Capacity, realitive quiet
This shredder runs more quietly than our previous ones. We're a small non-profit and watch our dollars carefully. This was a good "deal" for us.
