Great Shredder
Pros: Durable, Sheet Capacity, Jam Free, quiet, Efficient, looks nice, Easy to Use
I had been looking for a good quality, quiet, efficient, cross-shredder for weeks with no results. There are lots of shredders out there, but none of them had all the features I was looking for. Even the high priced ones weren't as quiet or as efficient as I wanted. I was beginning to think that what I wanted didn't exist and I was being too picky, when the Fellowes PS-79Ci was recommended by a friend. I LOVE it!!! It offered everything I was looking for and was even a reasonable price. It claims to be jam proof and I believe it because it has not jammed for me when I was sure it would! I highly recommend this product and will be getting one for my home.

Good Product
Pros: Durable, Jam Free
Cons: Sheet Capacity
We bought this unit to replace our previous one which died. This unit is extremely quiet and works very well. No jams like our previous unit did. Would like more sheet capacity, but not willing to pay the high price. This unit was a good compromise.

paper feed difficulty
Cons: difficult to feed
I have used Fellows cross shreaders for years. This " antijam" model is difficult to use for 2 or 3 page feeds. In fact I spend more time trying to feed sheets to the shreader than I have ever spent clearing a jam.
