Great Unit
Pros: Size, Useful
These units are great. We use them in our company on every computer so that in case of power failure we don't have any systems shut off. They have worked flawlessly so far. They're small enough to fit pretty much anywhere I want them to. They have just the right amount of plugs; three for surge+battery, 3 for surge only. Don't plug printers into the battery plugs! They take a lot of power and your systems will shut off if the printer is running when the power goes out. I plug the computer power supply and the monitor into the battery plugs. This leaves 1 more battery plug and 3 surge plugs to use as normal for whatever else is around the desk.

Great UPS for the money
Pros: Size, Useful, Durability
Cons: price point high compared to some competitors, battery replacement cost high
I purchased and owned this APC 350VA for around 4yrs. It's really a good UPS but it not strong enough for a longer power outage. Good for temporary power and surge at 1 time.
I just got a need new battery on it. From researching other buys, most would agree that APC UPSs lasts longer than the Cyberpower ones.
However, you do pay for it at a higher price point.

APC means quality and value
I am an IT manager and we use many UPS systems (over 100) in our office and we have used different brands. Without a doubt APC is the best and the only brand that I now buy. They can be a little more expensive then some other brands, but you will make up the cost in quality of the product.
I have only had 1 APC unit (in over 100 used) go bad and it was replaced under warranty. I have had many other brands go bad or not perform well.
My only complaint with this product is that they stopped having the wall mount built into the bottom of the UPS unit. I do use this in some locations in the office and I would have liked to see them keep this option.

Does what we need
Pros: Size, Useful
For the frequent power outages we get, this has come in handy on more than one occasion. Just waiting to see if the battery lasts as long as they claim. All in all, it's been a good purchase.
