Static Zap Generator

Cons: static electricity generator
On most days this is a very comfortable chair. On days when the air is slightly dry, the hair on my arm stands on end and every movement across or away from the chair charges me up. I had to get a wireless keyboard and mouse for having zapped my original keyboard and mouse. I have no static electricity problems with my old chair.
I'm going to try "static guard", else return the chair.
My chair came with scuff marks on the base and lots of extra screws.

Comfy chair!
Pros: Quality, Functionality, comfort!
As a busy nursing student, I recently bought a desk & was searching for the perfect chair to complement my work station (as well as my weary body)! I spotted this chair, & the moment I sat in it, I fell in love! It is fully adjustable & one of the most comfortable chairs I have ever sat in! It has definately helped to motivate me, during my long hours of study!

Everything that's advertised and more!
Pros: Quality, Functionality, unmatched comfort
This is absolutely the only office chair I have ever owned that doesn't leave any part of my body sore at the end of the day! Not wild about the color, but so what?! It has just enough support in all of the right places. My job is of a very sensitive nature, as I audit medical records, to find potentially dangerous errors, so it's great to be able to concentrate on the report in front of me, instead of being constantly aware of various twinges of pain. I left the "durability" block unchecked, because I've only had the chair a few days. I'm sure it'll do well in that category too. If you're looking for a really comfy chair for reasonable money, this is the one!

A Great Fit
Pros: Quality, Functionality, Durability, easily adjustable, looks nice
After sitting in many chairs in many stores, I finally found this one at a great price. I love being able to adjust it to fit me perfectly - the adjustable arm rests are something I don't want to be without again! The design of this chair fits in with many different decorating styles and the fabric is easy to clean. Using my computer desk is much more pleasant now!

Nice

Cons: i wish the arms could come in even closer
I sit for a good 8 hours in a row, so I need a good chair. The chair I really wanted was over $400. This chair comes very close at half the price. Purchased it yesterday, putting it together was a snap. Hoping to find it relieves my back pain. Love the ability to adjust just about everything.

At $129.00 it was a bargain

Cons: wish if can in other colors
I caught this chair on sale for $129, $60 off regular price. Excellent value for the price. I tried out this chair in a local store and loved the lumbar adjustment. It wasn't on sale and I didn't think it was worth $189.00.

Our new Sales Assistant needed a good quality chair that would support her back. She picked this one because it was on sale. She assembled it herself (easy to assemble). The upholstery is durable, yet attractive - soft to the touch. The chair is so comfortable to sit in that another assistant requested permission to order the same chair. Management was so pleased with the value, they approved the purchase! Really nice, comfortable chair gives good support at a reasonable price!

features, features, and more features

Love this chair. It's best feature, by far..... the arms! My work space is rather unique and the ability to move the arms up and down, as well as forward and back make it possible for me to work at various spots around my office. The usual chair features of height, seat, and back adjustment allow for personal fit and comfort AND it includes adjustable lumbar support (for when you need to stay at the computer all day). All in all this is a great chair. If I could change anything it would be the color. I haven't had it for too long and it's already showing dirt and wear on the arm rests.

Wonderful chair!

My husband and I went in to Office Max to buy him a chair, when I saw this one and fell in love. I typically spend at least 5 hours a day at my computer and hesitated to buy it because of the price, but the salesperson said if it's reduced within 30 days of purchase, the difference would be refunded to me - also, if after it was delivered I decided I didn't like it, I could return it to the store. Well, I decided to buy it and I'm glad did. The chair is incredibly comfortable, super adjustable, well padded with a memory foam seat and adjustable lumbar support, and I love the feel of the microfiber (as opposed to either plastic or leather). I was originally drawn to the chair because I wanted a light color to complement my home office, and this chair is really attractive. And I was thrilled when the chair went on sale the week after I bought it, so i just had to take my receipt into the store to get the refund, somewhat assuaging my guilt at spending over $200 (including tax) for a chair, but now I'm really glad I did. I wonder if the one person who gave a really negative review is talking about the same chair, because none of his criticisms applies to the chair I bought!

So Glad I Choose This!

Working in an office can be bad on the back, especially if you wind up sitting for hours at a time. I tried out different chairs at various office stores and found this one at an Office Max. It was the most comfortable and seemed to have a lot of back support.
I ordered it on line. It came in 24 hours! Very easy to assemble and SO comfortable! My back pain has diminished significantly! My co-workers are all envious of my chair and my comfort! I'd outfit the entire office with this chair if I could! Great product!
My only regret is that it doesn't come in more colors.

good quality chair

This is the second chair I purchased from OfficeMax. The first was not comfortable for long term use. I work from home and use this chair 5-6 hours a day. It is very comfortable. I especially like the fact that the arms are adjustable up and down so I can get closer to my desk. Many chairs do not offer this feature. This was a good investment.

Great for petite people
This chair fits petite people well. The back support hits in the right place and the distance from the back of the chair to the front also fit very well. I first sat in one at a friends office, and it fit so wonderfully, I went out and purchased one right away. We have used it two years in a home office. One of the seams on the seat is now splitting a little, but still for the comfort and price, it is well worth it.

Don't waste your money on this one!

After purchasing the chair online, it arrived in a reasonable amount of time (3 days or so), and i assembled it in my office. Assembly is somewhat difficult and requires a couple of tools (which I don't normally keep in the office, by the way). Materials were sub-standard and the chair itself felt cheaply made. After putting it all together, I sat in it for the first time and was amazed at how such a padded chair could feel so bad. There are few adjustments on the chair, and everytime I leaned back against the spring mechanism I felt the chair was going to come apart. There is no lumbar support at all, and the seat cushion padding simply gives way so you're basically sitting on the foundation, which tends to be quite uncomfortable after about 2 minutes. I returned the chair and got a different one within a week.
