Cons: shipping errors
Other than getting the products two weeks late due to shipping errors,
I did not order Microsoft Outlook but recieved it. Then it took several attempts to get the right product.

This is the second year I have used the all-in one Version.I find this poduct to be user friendly compared to other computer security progams I have tried in the past.This program keeps you updated against new viruses.The tech.support is easy to use.I find it to be a complete and feel I am safe while surfing the inernet.

I was not a fan of Norton until recently. I purchased a desk top computer for my office and this product was provided in trial version. I was going to let the trial run out, but I love this Norton! For those of us who forget logins and passwords(me) it has a protected card that securely saves all of your information and its password protected. A tech in my office downloaded a trojan virus and Norton found the virus and removed it 100% with no effect to my computers performance. LOVE IT!!!!!

Great Program
Pros: Number of Licenses
Norton 360 is pretty much self-maintaining. It updates and scans the computer on it's own, and has been very effective at protecting my computers.
