Pretty Sweet printer for the money

I bought this printer to replace a Epson printer that I had for 9 yrs. and I love it! I have read some reviews that say the print speed is slow but that is not my experience maybe people are hooking this printer up to old machines with USB 1.0 or 1.1 I don't know? I mainly print text and photos and they both come out pretty crisp and clean but just like any printer you will have to run a nozzle check or a head cleaning if you have streaks during printing. Another buying point for me was that the ink is cheap too. All and all no complaints....Great printer! I bought another printer for my girl friend!

I've always owned a Lexmark printer, but this Epson beats it hands down so far. Great price and fast shipping made it even an A++ purchase.
I like the fact I can order just the colors I use too. Don't hesitate to buy this printer its a peach! Oh yes..it's compatible with the Vista which many printers are not.

Excellent Functions

I needed to replace my old scanner and buy a copier. With my new Epson I have both features along with a color printer. I use a B&W laser printer for most of my printing needs, but occasionally, color is needed. Now I have everything I need in one unit. I couldn't buy a scanner for what I paid for this multipurpose printer. It is an excellent value.

The Photobridge feature was used to perform direct printing from a
Tektronix Digital Storage oscilscope. Just plugged in the USB cable and it worked the first time without a hitch and without having to read through a lengthy user manual.

The entire Epson line of printers as far as I know are the very best for printing high quality photographs! I've used Epson printers for several years now and have had at least 5 of them. This all in one inkjet desktop printer is remarkable!

I have bought plain jane printers for the same price as this all-in-one ($69.00 on sale). With a view screen, USB port and copy features... plus it is an Epson... how can you go wrong.

I made a good deciscion!

i really dont know much about scanners and media card readers, but i do know how to print. this item was at the right price at the right time, and i couldnt be happier! the sleek elegant design and color look great in my home office. i have been impressed with the scanner software. i couldnt have asked for much more! except...the sales person warned i might need to buy extra ink. apparently, most printers come with only a starter amount. however, the software helped me get a good deal on ink, so im ok. the one big negative is that the printer does not come with a USB cable. i guess since the scanner and media card can be used via the really quite large color screen, they didnt feel the need to put a cable in the box! luckily i had a cable laying around the house, so i didnt have to make the long trek back to the store. i do recommend this all-in-one printer...JUST DONT FORGET TO BUY A CABLE!!

Not What I Expected

Appearance wise this printer looks great! They say easy-to-use and all-in-one features; I was very excited to buy this printer for only $59.99 after a labor day special discount. I set it up very quickly and when I print my first typed paper I was a little shocked. this printer is VERY noisy when it comes to printing and you will NOT get fast speeds. It is slow and noisy. But if you can deal with that it is a great deal.

Great desktop printer

I am a teacher and I got this Epson printer for my desk at school. The price was under $30 and the quality of printing is very good. The speed is average but in a pinch I can use it to print extra worksheets or notes that have to go home without leaving my room. Scanning was easy and the photo quality was pretty good as well. The printer was easy to install but I did have to supply my own USB cord. Overall, I consider it a great purchase for the money.

Epson Printer fan

We have used Epson printers in our home for years and we love them. They print photo's in vivid color and color that is true to life. We print special notebooks for our business and the Epson printer has good speed for the job. We have no trouble getting the print cartridges at Office Max as they carry cartridges for many Epson printers. I would recommend the Epson printer to anyone who likes quality and value for their money.

Outstanding Epson Printer NX-415

This is a super printer. It was easy to install and the print quality and ease of use is way above average. I have printed several documents, copied several documents and printed several photos and all have turned out well with no discards at all. If this printer holds up under heavy daily usage, it will be hands down the best ink jet printer I have ever had.
