easy set up

Cons: goes through ink fast
I was able to set up this printer without my tech assistant (my son). Step by step instructions easy to follow. My only concern is how fast it goes through ink. I have already ran through half the colored ink, and I haven't printed photos yet!

Waste of money
Cons: Does Not Meet Expectations
Fine printer but after 4 days with HP customer service, I was told to get OCR software on the internet. Works but very awkward to use. I'm taking it back.

the unit has the necessary speed for a good inkjet printer, the touch screen is an easy, and smart idea; print quality with the varying sizes is a great choice.

I've tried this all in one and boy was i blown away its style printing capability and photo quality is oh so amazing i would recommend this to anyone who loves printing pictures also someone who needs access to a fax printer and scanner this product is rated amongst the best come on other competitors try to top this.

Excellent upgrade over past HP printers
Pros: Easy to Use, Meets Expectations, Features, very fast crisp photo printing, easy to use simple yet detailed touchscreen
I just bought this printer last week to replace a two year old HP wireless printer. With my old printer, I had a hard time getting it setup, and the amount of buttons on the panel was ridiculous. With this printer, I had it set up and ready to print in about 10 minutes. Everything was so simple as you just follow the instructions on the touchscreen. The screen plays demo videos to show you exactly what to plug where, where to snap the ink cartridges into, and how to load both the printer paper, and the photo paper. After all of that is finished, you load the software CD and with a couple of clicks to choose how you want to connect the printer (wireless, wired, or USB) you are ready to go. I printed out a photo from my hard drive with ONE click. You are able to print from your desktop, or just from the touchscreen. I am very, VERY pleased with this purchase.
