Excellent buy!
Pros: Easy to Use, Features, works well with snow leopard, fast set-up
I needed a new printer that was compatible with Snow Leopard and didn't take forever to print. The set-up was very quick. It took 10 minutes to get out of box and fully assembled (removing tape and installing toner cartridges) and another 5-10 minutes to install the software on my computer (both with USB connection and wirelessly through my home network). Print quality is great in both B&W and color. Very happy with my purchase.

Happy New Printer User

Great Purchase - Great Price
We are so happy with the purchase of this printer! I researched quite a while and was a little nervous about selecting the perfect printer. We are a small development/campaign office with a good amount of letters/envelopes and frequent large printing jobs. The printer services two PC's and we are going to add another. Setup was easy. We were using a laserjet printer and going through many ink cartridges and many minutes of waiting for print jobs to complete (espeically color publications). I was concerned about envelope printing as we send alot of letters, cards & invitations. This is no problem. If you want to print singular envelopes, there is a manual feed. For larger amounts, the tray holds and feeds a pile of envelopes with no problem. The tray also adjusts to any size medium within 8 1/2" x 14". All is well with our new printer!!

Very user friendly

Cons: quality of print
Received the product last week. Super easy to setup and overall user friendly. Print quality compared to my old inkjet does not seem as good, but maybe I just need to get used to looking at laser prints. They seem a little more "yellow-ey". (not a word - I know...)

Great MFC
Pros: Easy to Use, Meets Expectations, easy setup
I reluctantly replaced my 4 year old Brother MFC 9700, black and white laser machine. Because it had given me years of trouble free service, it was easy to buy another Brother. I really liked the size and design of the 9120, and wanted to go with a color laser this time.
Two weeks in all is well. Setup on two Macs was a snap, and it works flawlessly. Great color, quiet, no muss, no fuss.
This is a home multifunction, and I don't have a high volume of work, but I would highly recommend this machine to anyone who wanted a reasonably priced, trouble free color laser.
This one is a winner, and I am delighted with my purchase, and would recommend it to anyone without reservation.
