Excellent phone
Pros: Clarity, Features, doesn't look and feel like a cheap toy, very good value for the price, speaker phone very clear
Cons: ring tones are too similar, hold button is too small, font size on the display a little small
Very good cordless phone. Has all of the features I was looking for in a phone at a very affordable price. I like the looks of this phone, it does not look like a cheap toy like some of the other phones I tried recently. It has every featured I need. Only 2 minor cons......the HOLD button is difficult to find and the 8 ring tones all sound very similar and is difficult to tell which line is ringing. I use these phones as a combination of small office and home phone.

You get what you pay for
Pros: price, 2 lines
Cons: Clarity, Features, button size
This phone has sound quality issues to the point that some callers must be asked to call back. Other calls are okay. Maybe a combination of the callers phone and this phone. Buttons are hard to use, too small, and the only way to assure that someone else doesn't pick up the same line is to push the "DND/privacy button". Seems that it should be the other way around and privacy would be the default, conferencing would require pushing the button to allow. But for the price, it gave us four phone stations with 2 incoming lines for $200. That's what we can afford right now and can upgrade later. If you can afford more, skip this phone.
