Will Not Work w/Windows 7
Pros: it's a printer
Cons: Does Not Meet Expectations
It would've been nice to know that this printer does not work with windows 7 right now and the download will not be available til mid-January. This would've been very helpful information to have prior to purchasing 10 cartriges of tonor. Unfortunately, the first conputer I put it on had XP and it worked fine, but when I switched to windows 7, the thing is a pian the butt. I called and they put some other printers software on it to get it to work for now, but I still have to restart it about 12 times a day just to make a copy, and it will not print multiple copies from ms word. I found this out after I had already opened a twin pack cartrige to use so I can't return that which cost $279 (about 1/2 the printer cost) so I figured I'd keep it til that's gone and see how the update goes. In the meantime, DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER IF YOU HAVE WINDOWS 7!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great ALL in ONE!
Pros: Easy to Use, Meets Expectations, Features
This HP All in One is the best printer I've ever had. It's amazingly fast! It copies fast with the best quality. I love the auto document feeder, its fantastic when you need to copy more than one page at a time. Printing is fast too. I also connected the printer to my wireless router through its Ethernet connection and installed the software on my laptop (all very easy to do) and now I can print from my laptop without having my desktop computer on. This All in One is easy to use, all the buttons are large and easy to read, and self explanatory. I love that you can set custom scans too. For example, if you want to scan a Color photograph at 600 dpi, you can set a preset for that... all you have to do it push the scan button and it will scan at your own set preset... the scanner also has it's own set of presets too! This All in One is Fantastic; I would recommend it to anyone, especially a small business. I’ve had mine for almost a year now and not one single problem.

EXCELLENT BUSINESS PURCHASE
Pros: Easy to Use, Meets Expectations, Features, lots of copies per cartridge
BOUGHT DISPLAY MODEL WITHOUT INSTRUCTION BOOK, GOT A GREAT DEAL. FIGURED OUT TWO SIDED COPYING BY TRYING 2 SIDED COPYING BUTTON ON MACHINE. IT WAS SO SIMPLE. VERY FAST MACHINE PRINTING & COPYING. FAX AUTOMATIC FEED IS ALSO FAST.
