Mediocre footrest
I have some issues with this footrest that other reviews didn't have.
I don't think this rest is high enough, but then, I'm only 5'2" so it might be that I need a taller one.
It does not stay at the angle I put it, but is constantly "collapsing" so that if my feet are at the edge, it doesn't lift my feet at all. I tightened the screws to increase the tension to hold it place, but it didn't help.
Mine slides around on the carpet. The grips meant to hold it in place don't work, and 2 of the 4 fall out all the time. So, when the footrest slides out of the way, I forget to even use it until my back is already hurting.

Good purchase
Pros: Quality, Durability, Design
This is very comfortable. Much better than the box I had stuck under my desk! I like that it's adjustable so I can change the pitch for maximum comfort depending on what I'm doing.

Best of Class
Pros: Quality, Durability, Design, height
Other footrests may come with pads on top or rubberized areas ect. but there is only one under my desk. THIS ONE. The height is correct, not too high (like many we have tried) and it stays in the angle I put it with issue.
The ergo manager in my office bought 14 of the "other" types. We have now replaced 10 of those with this model and bought 6 more.
If you are really brave, you can take off your shoes and the massaging feeling on the soles of your feet feels really good.
