Great price. Good printer
Pros: Meets Expectations, Features
Cons: Features, Set up
The printer performs very well. It will jam if using paper with 3 holes in automatic duplex, but in manual duplex this same paper will do fine. Other than than, this printer performed very well once understood. The four stars for ease of use refer to the initial difficulty in learning how to use this particular printer. Also some surprising behavior when the printer thought it detected a problem when there was no none and from there proceeded to "correct" and this correction ruined the whole job.

This printer is working fine. I just am having a hard time making it wireless.

Good Budget Printer
Pros: Easy to Use, Meets Expectations, Features, inexpensive duplexing
Cons: Set up, paper curl
A good budget printer
Most of us buy monochrome laser printers because of the inexpensive cost-per-page when compared to an ink jet. This Brother fills the bill. Its price is great and it comes with a couple of nice bonus features: wireless printing and duplexing.
The wireless was a little complicated to set up. The actual process was not so bad, but the instruction manual is like reading a "choose your own adventure" novel: "If you are using Windows, turn to page 3, 7 and 14; Mac users turn to pages 5, 9 and 15." The duplex feature is very simple: a page ALMOST ejects onto the input tray, then gets sucked back into the printer for page two. Not very elegant, but it works.
One other complaint: the bypass "tray" is hard to manage. It is a challenge to get envelopes, cards, and paper to feed straight through instead of crooked. If you do a lot of cardstock or envelopes you might consider a more expensive Brother with a bypass tray that holds more, like the HD-5350D or HD-5370DW.
This is my fourth Brother laser printer for home and office and I've never been disappointed. They are inexpensive (at least the ones I buy!) and come with a feature set comparable to more expensive brands. For this particular model:
Pro:
Great price
Inexpensive cost-per-page
Duplex printing
Wireless networking
Con:
Some paper curl
By-pass tray is cheesy
Wireless setup a little complicated
