Good Purchase
Pros: meets more than the bear minimum performance
Cons: my only reservation would be how long will it last
The Brother HL-2240 Laser Printer "fills the bill." It's a very economical little printer and does the job I need it to do. Satisfies my everyday printing needs, including correspondence, printing of e-mails, envelopes, some duplexing via the front insert, and even does sheets of labels with perfect spacing. The purchase was quick and easy - ordered it through OfficeMax on a Sunday evening and it arrived Tuesday morning.

I wish I had gotten this sooner
Pros: Easy to Use, Meets Expectations, Features
I don't print many pages that require color so I was wasting a lot of ink when printing. When my printer started to fail my son suggested that I try one of these laser printers and am I glad I did. I now don't feel bad about printing trivial things because this printer prints only black and white. The toner will last about 3 times longer than those stupid little ink cartridges in the injet printers. The toner cartridges (generic)can be bought at online stores very inexpensively. I am so glad that my son told me about these printers. I now have 2. One is in the RV and one in the house. The toner cartridge will not go bad like inkjet cartridges do which will save me a lot of money in the long run.

Great start!
Pros: Meets Expectations
I've only used the printer for a week, but it is just as advertised. Prints fast and accurate black and white, and for $60. it is great!
