Can't beat the quality for the price
Pros: Clarity, price, microphone quality sound, headphone quality sound
Cons: physical quality (mic broke off after 1 year), wired
Sometimes you run accross items that aren't very expensive, and in the great scheme of things aren't very important. So it is in this case as well. However sometimes, little things in life make you happy. These headphone/mic combo gives excellent quality sound AND (I've heard from people I call) wonderful sound quality. OK fine. But for $20.00 this becomes something I want to write about.
PRO: Quality of sound (both in and out). Price.
CON: Slightly cheap construction as to make my original one wear out after 1 year. Also wired and not wireless.
But overall, for $20.00 it exceeded my expectations.

Well Worth the Investment!!!
Pros: Range, Clarity, Features, adapters included (2.5mm and 3.5mm), volume control, comfortable
I'm a work at home agent and spend 8 hours on the phone speaking to customers. These customers for the most part would be transferred to me by way of India. That being said, the quality of the call, by the time the customer reaches me usually is severely deteriorated. I was using a Plantronics headset that was provided by my company. I was always losing my voice, because the customers couldn’t hear me, they would ask that I speak up, and one can only speak so loud. There were times when I couldn’t hear the customer as well, so we’d end up having a shouting match. Well, I found this headset and was very skeptical. The price was very reasonable and for that, well you know…”You get what you pay for” came to mind. Not the case here. Several co-workers use this headset and they said they have had great calls since using it and NO COMPLAINTS from our customers. So, I bought it on line 11/3/2012 and it arrived by Fedex today 11/8/2012. Hooked them right up (less than 5 minutes) and started enjoying my job again. Not one customer asked me to speak up; I could hear them just fine….Life on the phone is good again.
It actually took me longer to open the thick outer packaging, than it did to swap out headsets.
As a work at home agent, I would not hesitate to recommend this headset. I found the quality far better than anticipated. If you are having trouble hearing people on the other end or they can’t hear you…Do yourself a favor, save your voice and spend a few dollars (under $30.00 tax and shipping charges) to keep your sanity while working. Well worth the investment to me!

Excellent
Pros: Clarity
We loved this product so much that we purchased several as backup should they become unavailable at some point in the future. We've tried other versions with earbuds, bluetooth, etc. and none delivered the ease of use nor sound quality that these do. Money well spent.
