Pros: Easy to Use, Meets Expectations, Features
Easy to set up. Fast to print, Quiet and great print quality. Have had about a month and really pleased with this device.

Pros: Easy to Use, Meets Expectations, Features
If you have the space for this relatively large printer it is a great value. Over the life of an ink jet, ink is the real villain and this printer offers superb value on that front. There seems to be an issue with the wireless connection dropping, I haven't fought it. USB or Ethernet are also available so I just plugged it in. The paper path will not accept anything wider than 8.5" so you can't print directly on 9x12 envelopes, but this is a minor issue.

Nice Printer loaded features

Great printer excellent features oh and just a note to add your ntwork folders for scanning its best to us the ip address instead of the computer name

Imaginary paper jam
Pros: prints nicely when it works
Cons: Does Not Meet Expectations, fake paper jams after waking from sleep, print head/cartridge errors once you reset jam, always say you shut it down incorrectly
This is the second machine of the same type/style that I have gotten in the last 2 months. Both have the same problem. After the machine sits and hibernates, it comes up with a paper jam before it even tries to pick up the paper. Once you open the front and take of the duplexer to reset it, it then comes up with a print head/cartridge error and tells you to reseat the print head (which will not come to a position for you to do so until you shut it down and power back on). Once powered back on, no matter how you power it off, it tells you that you shut it down incorrectly and tells you how to PROPERLY do it the next time.
Thankfully I bought the 2 year warranty so I will once again take this piece of junk to the store where they will replace it again.
