Great Value
Pros: Easy to Use, Meets Expectations, Features
My new HP Officejet Pro 8600 was a great buy, easy to instal and delivered in two days. It even prints pretty good pictures! All the features are very easy to use with step by step instructions.

The first printer I have ever recommended.
Pros: Easy to Use, Meets Expectations, Features, excellent price
Cons: none so far
For a printer that pretty much does everything...it is the best in its class as far as I'm concerned. Very easy to set up. It prints EXCELLENT quality. Printing from my Android phone and from my iPhone was quick to set up and does exactly what I needed for printing from my phones. I would recommend to ANYONE who is looking for a one-stop, do-it-all type of printer. So far...after the first month...and lots of printing...the quality of print is still the same: PERFECT. Cost-wise...again...can't be beat. Others printers I looked up that were comperable...were at least $60.00-$200.00 more. I just recently started purchasing products for my business from OfficeMax...and...they have found a customer who will be back for more. Peace. :)

Disappointed
Pros: Easy to Use, Features
Cons: Does Not Meet Expectations
It has nice features and the speed and quality are decent for the price; however, it's BROWN and completely hideous. I never heard of brown electronics. What a bad idea! And the touch screen seems cheap. Real buttons would be better.

Junk!
Pros: seemed like a nice printer

I am on my second one as the first one died within 2 days. I have owed the current one for less then a year...more like 10 months. First it printed slow, took about a minute to print one page and I spoke with HP about it. I was on the phone for over an hour while he fiddled with it, gave me a couple of suggestions and off he went. Now it is telling me I am having printer ink failure and they are sending a new ink head unit but this does not address my first problem. What a piece of junk this printer has been.
