What Happened????
Cons: display panel goes black
I had my printer for a little over a year, everything was going great. Then one day out of the blue there was no display on my screen, I mean it was completely black! I tried all of the troubleshooting, called for tech help....end result - there is nothing that they can do! They said all printers are disposable technology anyway, so you should just buy a new one. I thought maybe I just purchased a lemon, but in researching on the web, It turns out that there are tons of others that had the same issue! Buyer Beware!

Love It
Great product. I especially like being able to print from my thumb drive. I must admit that I haven't figured out how to set the time and date.

Easy setup
Pros: Easy to Use, Meets Expectations, Features
Real easy to setup - printer has good visuals on the screen to walk you thru the initial setup. One issue i found so far is that the touch screen need to be pushed firmly before it accepts the inputs.

Very Pleased!
Pros: Easy to Use, Meets Expectations, Features
I am quite happy with this new printer. Very easy to set up. Prints quietly with rich colors even in draft mode. Plenty of functions and apps. Well worth the money!
