Piece of junk

Cons: Does Not Meet Expectations, Set up

This product does not work with windows 8. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. I am very familiar with windows 8, computers in general, and setting up printers. It appears that this product and possibly all brother products are not compatible with windows 8. I realize this is partially microsoft's fault, but brother advertises that they have fixed the issue but they only make it worse by having costumers download useless drivers. My mom is even a computer tech and could not solve the issues. Costumer service was useless as well. Basically the wifi does not work at all for my laptop and took hours to set up on anything else. I would not recommend unless you have a Mac and 20 hours to spend setting this expensive piece of garbage up.
