Slowest Printer Ever
Pros: print quality
Cons: slow print time
It takes forever to think about what it's going to do before it prints (it gets the request right away because it starts making noise and spinning its little wheels, but nothing comes out for minutes). It's so frustratingly slow, that many times I write down my recipe with a pen and paper before it can print it out. It does have fantastic print quality, and I love the wireless feature, but it's not worth it when half my time is spent waiting on it to do what it was made to do. I would find a different printer that responds to print requests immediately.

Quit Working after less than a year
Cons: Does Not Meet Expectations
The printer had been working so so . I don't use it that much but less than a year taht I started using, I got an error message " printhead failure". I may have printed about 200 pages (3 changes of cartridges). I have only used the HP ink cartridges.
This printer was so poorly made that after researching, there is no way to replace the printhead (the other models 6700 and 6800 can).
After talking to HP Support they told me that I was out of warranty for 69 days which is not true as it was bought last January.
They "offered" an out of the box replacement that costs more than a new printer costs at Office Max.
Terrible customer service, terrible product.
No more HP printers/products for us

HP Officejet 6600 All In One is not an improvement
Cons: Features, Does Not Meet Expectations, Set up, it's very noisy, now just another ink cartridge we have to order
The machine is very loud and it is a slow. It's a tedious process to get to the online options for scanning. The print quality is good, but it doesn't appear that an improvement over our older printer was made.
Also, everytime we update a printer, it's a different ink#. ~ It's frustrating keeping track of what needs to be ordered and kept on hand for what machine.

FINE Home Office Copier
Pros: Easy to Use, Meets Expectations, Features, Versatile, quick set up, excellent wireless capability, all features worked at least reasonably well
Cons: expensive ink cartridges
Needed an all-in-one for my wife's suddenly demanding home office application. She had never before needed much for a copier, but in the first 24 hours, she needed the copier, scanner, fax machine, as well as seemingly infinite printing.
I had warned her of not buying a truly "cheap" machine, as it would quickly disappoint her. This would seem to be enough machine to take it out of that category. Speed is good, wireless capability is excellent, set-up is easy, cartridges are super-simple to replace.
Only caveat is the consistent complaint of horribly expensive ink cartridges. But overall, a good machine and a great value.
