Easy Breezy
Pros: Easy to Use, Design, Features, easy set up
This was the easiest router I have ever set up. I have had no trouble with it since installation. I would highly recommend this Linksys Smart Wi-Fi Router for ease of set-up and use.

Do NOT Buy Linksys
Pros: Features
Cons: support, Quality
I purchased my router (EA3500) 5 months ago. Until a couple of days ago it was working OK, but then the internet access stopped. I was able to connect directly through the modem and get internet, but the WAN port on the router was not getting an IP address after several resets. I contacted Linksys/Cisco to get a repair. They said that their complimentary chat support was only for 90 days and that I would have to pay $30 for support. If that support did not resolve my issue, I would receive a voucher for $15 off the purchase of a new router. Or, I could just get a newer model router at a somewhat reduced cost. Did I mention that my router was 5 months old?
I happily purchased an Apple Airport Extreme, plugged it in without issue, and here I am. I will not buy another Linksys product again!

Last Sysco Product I'll ever buy..!
Pros: Easy to Use, Design
Cons: Features, customer support, advertised features that don't work.
I got this item on Officemax, they had a very good deal for the price (20% off) plus $10 Sysco rebate.... as always, OfficeMax was superb with the purchase transaction and delivery.. by the way shipping was free. So far that was my only positive experience with this purchase, After Item arrived, Installation was a breeze, easy and pleasant, the router performed well, I had another brand before and it was not covering my entire house, basically second floor was unreachable, so based on the specs of the EA3500 I decided to give it a try, it worked just fine, it covered all the areas my old router didn't, so after a week of testing I decided to keep it and cut the UPC from the box and mailed the rebate to Sysco, that's when all start it... after I mailed the rebate, I was left with no UPC bar code on the original box, and suddenly right after problems started... After I enabled 5GHZ N capabilities (router states simultaneously dual band G 2.4GHz and N 5GHz) signal levels went down to the point not even five feet away from the router will give me a full strength signal, signal will drop several times in 1 minute interval, the router was not able to maintain dual band function working for either band... Tried every single setting and possibility with no luck at all, that's when I tried to get technical support with Sysco... guess what... it was impossible, and when I finally got some feed back from them the answer was to send it back for repairs, exchange or return where not an option, so there it is... its working half way, only on G 2.4GHz band, there's no way to get it working dual band, and even on G drops connections like crazy, maybe a got a lemon, but the options they gave me to resolve my problem were unacceptable... so I decided to connect back my old router which by the way does a better job at a third of the price, to make things worse, the rebate was denied according to them because I was unable to provide the date of purchase (Which is clearly denoted on the original receipt I sent), I tried writing to them to refute their argument.. and of course my email never got a reply.... this is a company that don't stand for their products, its hard to believe that such a reputable company will do this and show so little respect for their customers... I can't even return or exchange my item since is missing the UPC bar code from the box for a rebate that they never honored, so there you go, I ended up with hundred and change less in my pocket and with a brand new router that doesn't work and cannot even sent back.
One thing is for sure.... Linksys... Sysco.... NEVER AGAIN.
