great printer for the price
Pros: Easy to Use, Meets Expectations, Features
Cons: too many cartridges you have to buy.
for the price this printer is all I could ask for. if there were one thing I would be critical about it would be the ink cartridges as it takes individual cartridges for the the colored ones and another for black. I know printers are cheap so they make all their money on ink refills but my old printer only took two cartridges; one for color and one for black.

GARBAGE, PURE GARBAGE
Pros: nothing at all
Cons: everything and then some
I have installed printers time and time again, both wired and wirelessly...this printer is pure garbage!! Can't connect to the wireless network with it, got it connected once and when it went to sleep, it wouldn't wake up to print when I tried to print. After manually waking the printer up, it wasn't recognized on my network and I haven't been able to get it to connect again. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!

Wireless is Uselss
Pros: Easy to Use
Cons: Does Not Meet Expectations, poor wireless
Once the printer goes into sleep mode it loses the internet connection and does not reconnect unless you manually turn the printer off and on. I have had this printer for over a year but the problem started immediately after purchase. I would have returned it but I thought it was something I could fix in the printer software. There is no fix, I have spent many hours researching and trying different solutions from HPs website.Its best feature is the lower cost ink, other than that you will lose weight and get in shape because of the constant up and down turning this off and on!

Scanner would not work
Cons: Does Not Meet Expectations
The printer was OK, loud but the quality was just fine.
The scanner did not work, I reinstalled the product and did all the trouble shooting things suggested. Now I have spent over an hour on the phone redoing all the things I did to troubleshoot. I was put on hold many times and finally the person said maybe I needed a new USB cord. I waited another long time. for the hardware supervisor (Still on hold) So I have spent over 3 hours dealing with this- at first patiently but now I'm just done. Take your chances- or don't with this "all in one".
