LOVE IT!
Pros: Features, Easy to Use, Meets Expectations, speed, ease of install
We also have a m401dn and I bought this one because I really liked the features of the "dn" so I expected this one to be similar. It is very easy to install, very easy to use and very speedy. LOVE IT!

Don't build them like they use to
Pros: Easy to Use, prints quick quality pages
Cons: Does Not Meet Expectations, pricey toner that doesn't last long
I needed to buy a buy a new printer when I purchased a new computer as my work horse Laser Jet 5 didn't have drivers for Windows 7. Easy to install and operate. Prints high quality pages quickly. However, only after having it for 15 months, its in the repair shop and the techs are having troubles fixing it. Unlike my previous printer, this one is built rather cheaply and not built to last. Told to avoid the cheaper double sided printers (which I did), but I'm disappointed how quickly this printer has died considering how little it gets used. Suggest getting the Office Max warranty if you buy it as I will if my current one can't get repaired

Pros: Easy to Use, Meets Expectations, Features
Lightening hit the old HP laser so needed replacing. No doubt I wanted to stay with HP and didn't need all the extras with a B&W laser. Clear & fast printing. You do have to buy the USB cable separately so took a little longer to set up having to wait for the separately ordered cable to arrive.
