Simply Awful
Cons: Features, Does Not Meet Expectations, Set up, doesn't work, terrible support, bad print quality
Bought several weeks ago and appears defective. Printer didn't work from day one. Makes awful whirring and grinding noises when attempting to print. Will not print anything requiring black ink and never has. Attempted several cycles of print head cleaning to no avail. Epson service and support was useless. Now says that all of my cartridges are nearly empty after just the few head cleanings. I'd throw it in the trash, but the trashcan deserves better. Worst printer I've ever had the misfortune of owning and there's been some doosies.
