The Desk Top is wonderful BUT
Windows 8 is the worst thing that I have ever had to work with. I am so sorry that I bought this model just because of Windows 8
The screen is clear love the all in one and wireless
but having to preform with windows 8 there should be some way I can exchange it or get windows 7 on this machine. If I had windows 7 I would give everything 5 stars

Horrid!
Pros: Screen Size
Cons: Processing, slow & programs that don't respond when loaded
I SWORE I would never buy another HP computer, but the price was great! it looked Great! It had the 6G memory I was looking for. I wanted Fast! I bought it On-line from OfficeMax.com. They shipped it super-fast. It arrived 2 days later & I was very excited. My birthday present. The look & graphics were awesome. That was where the "good" stopped. So SLOW! The web sites I went to would load & then none of the buttons would respond! I would re-start the computer. My start screen would re-load SPLIT! I am returning it to the store today 7 days later. Return policy says I will be charged an 15% re-stocking fee. Again, awesome! It will cost me $$ for a non-working computer. I will re-post later & let you know how the "return" goes...
