Pros: Features, Easy to Use, Meets Expectations, networking
Purchased 25 of these printers to replace older lexmark printers which had run their life and were more expensive to maintain. These will be the new workhorses for my company and so far everyone loves them. I do not understand the previous review as this model does have networking capabilities All of these printers are connected to my enterprise network so no matter where in the building employees are located, they have access to a printer. There is an optional wireless adapter through lexmark and I have made 5 of them wireless. The prinouts are nice and crisp and I have yet to experience any downtime due to paper jams or other printer challenges. Toner is a bit more expensive but last a lot longer than the old printers I had. Speed is great and they are not as noisy. I really love the energy saver feature which puts them to sleep and are speedy when they wake up after a print job is sent. All in all, they are great printers for printing documents, or anything else you want to through at them. I surely will be purchasing more for my business in the near future as I continue to upgrade all of the outdated printers.
Pros: clear and fast printing, good if you want a slave printer and not network
Cons: will not work on the network or as a wireless unit
Once operating it is a good printer and the speed is excellent. It was difficult to get it to work with Windows 7 Pro. It just did not want to install as a network printer or as a wireless. This may be a trade mark of the Lexmark --I have always been on HP's. I bought a male a to male b and plugged it into my USB and the windows system loaded it .
Works great on my machine but the other family members cannot access it over our network
