Great product !!
Bought it two years ago and didn't have any major problems. At the beginning, there were few lacks with Bluetooth connection but after update, speaker works great! It is incredible product that delivers so rich sound from such a small box for very low price.

Inner connector loose which equals dud product
Bought this for my Fiance as a Christmas gift. Less than 2 years and the inner connector for the plug in wiggles and will not connect. Now I have a book end. Very, very disappointed as the warranty is out and the product was used as specified and never manipulated. Have the receipt, however did not get the "geek squad" warranty.
A product at this price level should not have such weak inner technology. Loved the product until this and now out $200 :(

The bluetooth issue strikes again
I bought one of these last year and I've suffered from the bluetooth drop issue until the firmware update. It was everything OK until last week, when the bluetooth drops came back, making it impossible to use. Is there anything I can do to improve the bluetooth connection on the JBL Onbeat Venue?

Great Sound
Hello, I've got this product since last christmas. but when i want to charge my Iphone 5, my Iphone don't recognize it and pop up the message "the cable or accesory is not certified and may not work reliably with this iphone", What can I do ???
