Did not hold up
Pros: comfortable
Cons: Durability
This is the most I've spent on an office chair. In the past I've suffered with a $69 special, but they tended to last 4-5 years so were a very good value. When I spent $200 on this chair I expected a well made comfortable chair. The chair is definitely comfortable, and great looking, but at a little over a year old two casters broke. At 1 1/2 years, the seat back broke, and now leans to one side and is very loose. After careful inspection, it appears the metal that holds the chair back is bent (very thin metal). The manufacturer was very good about replacing the casters. I will need to call this week and see about repairing the broken back. I do not recommend this chair because it is not very well made and does not last.

Great if you like to Game
Pros: Quality, Functionality, very comfortable, best chair for gamers
Cons: Durability, children, very strict weight limtis
Gamer's review:
Pros: As a person who sits all the time, this is a great by. In the summer, the seat might get hot because of the leather but don't let that discourage you, nothing a fan can't handle. This is better than the textile-fabric version chair, since it lasts longer and with the warranty, the leather is covered. It offers a great degree of comfort and arm control if your a fan of FPS games (for any gamer who likes their elbow up high or slouching below the keyboard tray).
Cons: Sometimes you will forget to gently sit down, but this chair is very fragile to weight limits. If you plop yourself down on the chair, you might hear an unwelcoming sound after doing it for the 20th time on the chair. That's the wood starting to crack underneath the chair. Do not get this without the warranty. If you have little children and they find themselves jumping up and down on the chair, it'll break in the next few months, I can guarantee it.

Nice Chair
Pros: Quality, Functionality
I really like this chair. It is very comfortable and has lots of adjustments. I really like the arm height adjustments as it allows me to set the height high enough that the arms clear the keyboard drawer at my desk. other chairs I've owned have always had to be set back as the end of the arm would hit the drawer.

awesome product & service
Pros: Quality, Functionality, versitility
Unbelieveable! I shopped retail outlets yesterday at lunch for a new chair. I came back to the office to do some research on internet. I purchased a chair on the OfficeMax site (MANY are shown) based entirely on the favorable reviews as well as price. Now, only 24 hours later, the chair has been delieverd & we assembled it in a matter of minutes. It looks to be everything I expected and more. Multiple, multiple, MULTIPLE adjustments. If I cannot relieve my back strain with this chair I do not think there is one out there I would be happy with. Outstanding Office Max delivery service as well as ample website selections and reviews of products!

Wobbles over time, otherwise good.
Pros: Functionality
Cons: wobbles over time.
I telecommute in this chair about 60% of my time, and use it evenings for personal business. I've had this chair for about three years now. I should also note that I've (sadly) weighed over 200lbs this whole time. Like others, I got this chair on sale for $150. For that price, it has been a good chair. It has seat height, seat & setaback angle, and armrest adjustments. Aside from the wobble, the chair has held up very well. The seat padding is starting to flatten out, but the leather is like new. The wobble comes from within the gas height adjustment cartridge itself. I know from past engineering projects that this is the weakest point of virtually any office chair, but it seems Sealy cut costs here or simply has a poor cartridge design. You usually need to spend much more to get a cartridge that holds up to heavy use. If replacement parts were available, I would buy a new cartridge. For now, I must decide between living with the wobble and replacing the chair. Considering I've spent about a dollar a week for the chair, and the chair still works, I am generally satisfied with it. I figure I would have to spend five to ten times as much for a chair with similar features, but that lasts significantly longer. So, its basically a matter of whether I want to spend more up front with a better chair, or spread it out over time by repeatedly buying cheaper chairs.

The Best Computer Chair I Ever Owned!!
Pros: Quality, Functionality, Durability, comfortable, geat price for a computer chair of this caliber
Cons: there's not one con that i can find or mention
I have had 3 back surgeries and it was very hard finding a chair that I would find comfortable to sit in for any length of time. I was blown away on how completely comfortable it is. When I saw who made the chair, I said to myself, it was a Sealy, I figured I can't afford it, Then I saw the price and it was on sale and with that, I am sitting in the chair right now and loving it. I could go on and on how great this chair is, but I won't. Just take me at my word and my back and my wallet, GO OUT AN GET THIS CHAIR!! Write a review and tell me if I am wrong.

extremely satified
Pros: Quality, Functionality, Durability
There really isn't anything I don't like about this chair! I regularly suffer from back pain due to an injury and sitting for long periods of time at me desk is the worst. After using this chair for only a few days (accompanied with my regular pain treatment) my back had almost completely stopped hurting. That is definitely not something I can say about any other desk chair I have had. The multiple ways one can adjust this chair is what makes the difference. Not only does it have great lumbar support that promotes a pain free posture, it is also customizable to fit anyone's needs. Finally, I have paid this much or more for chairs that weren't nearly as comfortable. It is definitely worth every penny.

My long awaited home office chair
Pros: Quality, Functionality
Cons: none
I have a comfortable chair at work, but until now, I have used a hand-me-down, four legged dining room chair at home. This is very well made and incorporates top quality components. It is very comfortable and allows three separate adjustments.

Comfortable Chair
Pros: Quality, Functionality, Durability, comfortable
This is a very comfortable chair on my back and hips. I have back problems and sometimes I just sit in it to ease the pain. The picture directions were easy to follow although it took us longer to put together than I thought it would. I suggest looking over them several times before you begin and sort the parts. (I would also suggest to the manufacturer to make the pictures on the directions larger.) The "spare parts" package contained the screws, etc. that you use to begin with, and that was somewhat confusing. You will have a few parts left over. Over all, a nice chair for the money.

good value
Pros: Quality, Functionality
for the price, an excellent choice. For those that sit a long time at a stretch or need to regularly change their posture to avoid aches and pains it seems to do the job--lots of adjustments that are a lever flip away. Ordering on line it arives in pieces, so being handy wtih the enclosed tools or better still knowing someone who is helps. Only short comings (pun intended) is that the arm rests are a bit wider than my slight frame can comfortably use.

decent value and very adjustable
Pros: Functionality
Cons: comfort
Great adjustable features but the comfort is not all there. Made from sturdy materials. If the price was dropped then i would say its definitely worth the purchase.

Good only for short tirm
Pros: Functionality
Cons: Quality, Durability
I have purchased this char in September 2007. I've been sitting on it day, day out, at least 8 hours a day. As most chairs, it was very comfortable in the first few months. However, the more you sit in it, the more the padding material will be pressed down. Eventually, after about a year or so, this chair feels like you are sitting on the wood base.
If you have a bad back, like me, this will be unbearable. Eventually you will have to buy another chair. Unfortunately, nowadays you can't get a quality chair for long term.

Maybe a lemon?
Pros: Functionality, Durability, roomy without being oversized
Cons: Quality, wobbles side to side at seat attachment.
I purchased this chair for home use. It replaced a cheaper, but larger chair. It has no written assembly instructions, just pictures, but they are more than sufficient. This chair is comfortable and is a good choice if one spends a lot of time doing computer work, except; The chair I have has always "wobbled" from one side to the other. I have tried every thing I can think of to remedy this problem and have failed miserably. I haven't seen any other complaints about this, so maybe it is just this particular chair and not the entire line

Changed my life.
Pros: Quality, Functionality, Durability, ease of assembly, attractive
I bought this chair for myself over a year ago and for my son for Christmas gift. After spending 2 years in back specialists/Doctors' offices, epidurals, walking on a cane, riding in an electric wheelchair to shop, and taking heavy drugs....I thought, why not try a new chair?...I tried them all out...just like Goldilocks did...this chair stood out among the others the minute I sat down. 2 days later, I tossed the cane and the drugs, have never been back to the doctors' offices and am wearing my high heel shoes again. The best part, quality of life is back. I tell everyone I know about this chair that suffers from back problems. The price is so affordable for the quality, it adjusts every way a person would need. The delivery was prompt and the delivery man was curteous and helpful.

good value for the money
Pros: Quality
Cons: tool missing
This chair is very comfortable. It is really fully adjustable. The delivery of the chair was within 3 days!! The assembly instructions are clear enough. The only problem I had was with the attaching of the wheels. It needs a special tool, not included, to get the locking spring(?) on the post into the chair's base. I removed the locking springs so now when I have to tilt the chair for whatever reason the wheels fall off.

Comfortable, Adjustable, Delicious?
Landed a nice deal on this during Cyber Monday and haven't looked back since. This is actually better than the $300 chairs we have at work.
I tend to be picky about being able to adjust things and this chair has it all, height, lumbar, arms, tilt. Rumor has it there's even a portal ice cream attached inside, though I've had difficulty locating this particular feature.
Very comfortable back great for everything from 4hr computer sessions to kicking back, propping my feet up, and cracking a book.
While I might think twice about paying full price for it, anything sub $150 makes this chair quite a deal in comparison to it's partially-adjustable competitors in the same price range.
If you are able to locate the ice cream machine, please notify me immediately, it is very important.
