It's not half bad...
Pros: Clarity, Features
Cons: Range
...at first I was sceptically, but it is in fact a good product. It's comfortable and very versatile in regards to how you can position the mic and the ear piece. I can wear it all day and it never bothers my ears.
If you are stuck between this and another choice for head sets, do the right thing, choose this one. You won't regret it.

Good product for the $
Pros: Clarity
Cons: comfort
Sound quality is good. It seems solid. Configuration of ear bud is not the most comfortable. The under the ear holder is cumbersome to wear.

just ok...
Cons: Clarity
The plantronics was for my husband who claimed the bluetooth headset he had was knocking him off the call...so we got this headset. The audio is ok...but while driving it is hard to hear him. The noise in the cab in his new truck over powers his voice...so voice quality is somewhat ok. He has used this headset for two and half weeks and last Thursday another dropped call...can't say for sure if it's really the headset fault.It seems the dropped calls occur only on Thursday's on his way home...I suspect the headsets are not to blame.

Relieved to Find Again
Pros: Features, over ear design
This is the second of this model of headset I've purchased. The first one was mysteriously damaged during a recent carpet cleaning incident. I loved this one so much that I was concerned after owning the first one for 3 years that I wouldn't be able to find a replacement. This is the best headset I've ever owned. It's easy to keep on and use all day long. The over the ear design works well even with earrings. The sound quality is great and I love the easy mute and volume buttons. The jack works on all my wireless phones in my house/home office. This second purchase came with a new edition; an optional USB connection cord to use directly with my laptop for VoIP. I have not tried the feature yet.
