Finally - control the talk volume!
Pros: Clarity, Features, talk volume control, computer capabilities via usb
I use a Vtech cordless phone while working from home and have gone through a variety of headsets trying to find one with the correct volume on my voice. Every other headset (including other Plantronics) gave me good sound quality of the folks I was chatting with but folks could never hear my voice very well. This headset does the trick - two sound levels for my voice. The lower level works well but the upper level really boosts my voice so I can be heard on any conference call.
I was a little hesitant on the "under-the-ear" design as I wear glasses but it really works well. I've yet to have a 4 hour meeting with the headset but so far so good.
For those of you that need a microphone/headset for your computer this one hooks up nicely - simple USB and you're done.
Nice headset overall.
